MASTER PLANNER Requirements : Formal Educational Level : S1 in Industrial Engineering, with min GPA 3.0 Covering Basic Manufacturing Principles, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles Working Experience: 02 years in production planning/material planning Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Business Planning, and other marketing affiliates Excellent skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office Can work under pressure, proactive and team oriented Willing to be located in Cikarang. Painting Engineer Key Accountability Areas: Verify the process/method, flow chart, line balancing Design, produce and buy off line tooling and machinery for new toys to achieve the required capacity Provide production process analysis to solve production issues on new toys, carry over toys and tooling to achieve new toy rump up and meet the production schedule. Provide solving problems on spraypainting & pad printing area. Draw, design and create the most efficient and effective tooling for production and continue process improvement to achieve most efficient operation. Design machinery and tooling and supervise/participate in the manufacturing process and installation to meet targeted completion schedules in a timely and cost effective manner. Execute new technology under manager supervision Participate in the review of existing equipment and tooling for possible improvements focussing on Safety, Quality, Reliability and Productivity.
