To strengthen our team, we are looking for dynamic fresh graduates and experienced persons to be assigned as : Engineer & Technicians. The experienced persons will be assigned for the following areas : · FOL : familiar with process and/or equipment at Wafer Saw, Die Attach, or Wire Bond (Au or Al) areas – (code FOLSby) · EOL : familiar with process and/or equipment at Molding, Plating, Marking, or Trim/Form areas – (code EOLSby) · Final Test : strong Electronics background and familiar with programming language (such as C, Visual Basic).
