• Oversee Remedy system tickets and manage user escalation.

• Define short term and long term overall improvement plan related to tester, handler, interface accessories and identify problems related with test package.

• Generate or enhance procedure for line sustaining and preventive maintenance.

• Bridging communication between technical operation team to test developer and OEM vendor on systematic issues.

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Electrical Engineering.

• In depth knowledge about Final Test Processes and corresponding KPIs (e.g. OEE, MTBF, MTBA, etc.).

• Advanced knowledge in Automated Test Equipment (e.g. Teradyne IntegraFlex / Microflex, A565) maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Able to use General-purpose test instruments such as oscilloscope, digital multimeter, power meter etc.

• Knowledgeable in basic operations of Gravity-Feed Handlers (e.g. Rasco1800, MT9928).

• Able to understand Loadboard schematic diagram and perform circuit analysis and troubleshooting.

• Knowledgeable in Teradyne Flex IGXL programming. Able to understand how the test program works and use software debugging tools to resolve test program issues and machine

failures.

• In depth knowledge about problem solving tools and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, 8D, fishbone analysis, FTA, etc.).

• Knowledgeable in SPC (Statistical Process Controls) tools and its application.
