HARDWARE ENGINEER

Position Summary :

Assists engineers in the design an development of complex and detailed layouts of printed circuit boards. 

Collaborates in developing state-of-the-art designs of new or modified, high density, printed circuit boards.

Establishes design standards and configurations. Works from preliminary schematics, part lists and basic description of the board function, configuration and arrangement as defined by engineering. Trains drafters in the completion of drawings and spesifications. May perform the checking of design layouts and detailed drawings.

Responsibilities :

1. Design schematic with appropriate hardware design tools.

2. Design and draw the PCB layout according to the meter requirement.

3. Design and prepare for Hardware Design Descriptions, Protection level etc;

4. Work with firmware team to design them most effective solution for metering requirements.

Requirements :

- Min. Polytechnic or Bachelor Degree in Electionics Engineering or related discipline;

- Min. 1 years working Experiences in related field; or Fresh Graduate

- Proficiency in English both oral and written.

- Familiar with hardware design tools (Althium is an advantage);

- Experience in building electronic schematic.

- Experience in lay outing PCB.

- Experience in using few type of microcontroller.

- EMC knowledge is an advantage.

- Highly motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
