ECCO is Multinational Company with employees from over 50 country, mix of nationalities, culture, languages and backgroud. We own every single aspect of our business – from design over leather production to shoe production as well as our many ECCO shops across the world.

ECCO Tannery Indonesia (ETI) is currently looking for a highly qualified international minded person to fill the position of:

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

•To implement, make daily plan and  execute the production planning according the main plan on daily, weekly, monthly.

•  To supervise and ensure all operators running the production process according to the technical standard method to have production quality achieved.

•  To control and manage production process to achieve company target without discrepancy (output, quality, defect,  efficiency and Up time).

Requirement :

üBachelor degree in the field of engineering from reputable university.

üHave experience more than 3 years in similiar position, preferrably working in multinational companies.

üGood communication in English both written and verbal

üMicrosoft Office proficient particularly Excel is a must, experience with SAP, ISO or Lean is preferred

üResult Oriented, Analyticall skill, disciplined and organized.
