TEST ENGINEER (TE)

Responsibilities :

• Define test qualification plans and develop SOPs clear instructions critical tester processes and maintenance schedules, Ensure proper traceability systems are in place.
  
• Assist the maintenance team to identify and ensure availability of critical spare parts to reduce machine downtime. Ensure continual improvement by developing new ideas or improvement plans.
  
• Set up & qualify OCP, Tranfer and Improvement Project ( Tester, Burn In, Traceability & pokjayoke )
  
• Work closely with other support function for Continual Improvement.
  

Reguirements :

• Bachelor Diploma or Degree Mechatronics.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical control system, electronic circuits, PLC, HMI, VSD, Inverter, Agilent/Teradyne test platforms.
  
• Programming abilities with VB, Net, C++
  
• Excellent in computer literature ( Microsoft Office )
  
• Excellent in English & Good Leadership skill
  
• All positions are be based in Batam
